CBD For PTSD

This would be the second time posting about marijuana this week. I say that because, I just can't stress enough how beneficial it's properties are for the mind and body. I don’t even have to sit here and convince you since too many people swear by it. Smoking weed does us well, but it compounds can be actually be consumed  in so many different ways, it's the most convenient medication ever.

That being said, there’s a chemical found in cannabis called CBD. CBD stands for Cannabidiol. With this compound, you won't get high but, it will help soothe many medical ailments. Problems like anxiety, depression, PTSD and even physical pain can be catered to with this natural remedy and I’m EXCITED because severe PTSD and emotional disorders almost ALWAYS stem from mental and emotional abuse. Regardless of age. Being that I’m SO big on healing, I actually look forward to trying CBD gummies or the oil myself.

Since this is so new to me, I did some research and thought I should share with you guys. CBD it's self can be taken in many ways. Through inhalation, sublingual (oil dropped under the tongue), topically with creams or lotions and ingested.
